4.6 Probe - electrodes positioning
The burners are supplied with the combustion head and electrodes
already assembled.
In case of replacement of the electrodes, it is necessary to remove
the electrical panel.
4.7 Securing the burner to the boiler
In order to fix the burner to the boiler, proceed as follows:
Fix the cover 1)(Fig. 14) delivered as equipment with the
screw 2).
Remove the transformer assembly 3) and fix the cable grom-
mets 4) and 5) (see Fig. 14 at page 20) inside the burner.
Fix the train assembly 6)(Fig. 14) using the 4 screws 7) pro-
vided.
Interpose the gas pipe 8) nuts and the grover washer.
Be aware of the presence of the gasket 9) and the gas seal.
Before installing the burner on the boiler, make sure
the probe and electrode are positioned correctly as
in Fig. 12.
Do not turn the electrode: position it as illustrated.
Placing the electrode near the ionization probe may
result in the control box amplifier being damaged.

Provide an adequate lifting system.
During this operation, take care not to touch the
electrode unit.
The seal between burner and boiler must be air-
tight.
