Set Up RS-232 I/O Parameters
Choose RS-232 (serial data interface) interface. Proper configure the baud rate and
parity to make parameters the same as that settled in your computer. Make sure the
connection line is unbroken. The configuration is saved in inviolate memory and
shown in according menu.
Press I/O RS232, enter the menu shown below:

The parity check include: None, Odd
check, and Even check.
Save all changes, back to a higher
level menu.
Baud rate:
Proper configure the baud rate and parity to make parameters the same as that
settled in your computer.
Available baud rate values are 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600 and
115200. The default is 9600.
Parity:
Proper configure the parity to make it same as that settled in your computer. The
default is “None.
Note: When RS-232 interface is used, the parity of multimeter should be:
None parity: PC software should set 8 bits;
Odd/Even parity: PC software should set 7 bits
