Ensure the provided battery is fully charged using a USB power source.
Install the Ring app from your app store for device setup and management.
Clean any paint from around the peephole to allow for easy removal.
Record your Wi-Fi password as it will be needed during the setup process.
Unscrew and remove both the indoor and outdoor halves of the current peephole.
Check the peephole hole edges for sharpness and smooth them if necessary.
Insert the outdoor unit's tube through the door hole until it is flush.
Remove the protective orange cap from the tube on the indoor side.
Test and install the adapter if needed, then remove the rear cover of the indoor unit.
Place the indoor assembly, pull out the cable, and tighten the nut to secure.
Firmly press the connector into the port on the indoor assembly.
Secure the cable slack and insert the charged battery into the device.
Follow the instructions within the Ring app to finalize your Peephole Cam setup.
