Flueing options
For lowest cost, optimal performance, ease of installation and servicing, Rinnai
recommend short ue installations (less than 3 m) are considered before all other
options. Short ue installations are shown below.

The gas pressures of the Linear are factory set for short ue installations (less than 3 m).
Installations greater than 3 m are long ue installations and will require a dip switch change, refer
commissioning instructions.
When considering the location of the re care must be taken to ensure the ue path is free from
obstructions such as studs, noggins, joist, braces, electrics etc.
