Switch 5 – Anti-Cycle Timer
To protect some A/C systems it is preferred that under no circumstances should
thecompressorstartwithinfourminutesofitswitchingo.
NOTE: When power is first applied to the thermostat it assumes that the
compressor has just stopped and applies this anti-cycle delay time before
starting.
Switch 6 – Thermostat Operation
Tosuitthevaryingrequirementsoftheuser,thethermostatcanbeset(Sw6ON)
asaprogrammablethermostat.Ameclockisusedtoautomacallycontrolthe
buildingtemperaturetoaprogrammedtemperatureprole.WhenSw6isOFF,the
thermostatisinmanualmodewhichrequirestheusertoturnthethermostatON
orOFF,andadjustthetemperaturesetpointmanually.
Switch 7 – Minimum Run Time
ToconserveenergyandprotecttheA/Csystem,limitthenumberofmesthe
heangandorcoolingsystemcanruninonehour.Thisswitchsetstheheang
andcoolingequipmenttoaminimumrunmeoftwoorsixminutes.Oncethe
heangorcoolinghasstarted,itmustrunforthisminimumsetme.
