1) Set the chain in the sprockets of the crankshaft and
the chamshaft, as
shown in Fig. 27.
NOTE: Set the chain so that the white link plate
matches
to the timing marks of the crank-
shaft
and the camshaft.
2) Put the tappets in the crankcase, and then set the
crankshaft and the camshaft parallel. Then mount
them onto the crankcase.
