Setting the beep tone

You can choose whether you want the beep tone

“On” or “OFF”. If you have selected “On,” the meter

will beep in the following situations:

• when it detects a test strip,

• when pre-heating of the test strip is complete and

you need to apply a sample,

• when it detects a sample,

• when the result is displayed and

• if an error occurs (three short beeps).

We recommend you leave the beep tone turned on.

5. Setting the beep tone

Press the M button to

toggle between “OFF” and

“On” (“On” is the

presetting).

Press the SET button

to save the chosen setting.

The display automatically

moves on to the next

setting option.
