Error Messages
You may see the following error messages while
using the CoaguChek XS Meter. If you see an error
message, first try to correct the problem using the
solution described below. If the problem persists, call
the Roche Customer Support Center at
1-800-428-4674, Monday through Friday from 7 AM
to 11 PM EST.
In case of an emergency, please contact your doctor.
