The foregoing warranty shall not apply to a meter
which is damaged by accident or subject to
alteration, misuse, tampering, and/or abuse,
including but not limited to cleaning or disinfecting
the meter with any product other than products
approved for such purpose in the Operator’s Manual.
Meters which show damage or misuse will be
handled in accordance with the non-warranty
service policy of Roche Diagnostics.
The warranty of the repaired/replacement meter will
expire on the date of the original warranty expiration
or ninety (90) days after shipment of a replacement
system, whichever period is longer.
