The Multiple Service Packet response follows the same Message Router
Response format as all CIP services; therefore, the General Status, Ext Status
Size fields are in the same CIP Service Request/Response Format as
described in previous examples. The Reply Data field contains the number of
service replies followed by the byte offset to the start of each reply, followed
by each of the CIP responses. Each of the responses follows the standard
Message Router Response format.
