• 000-0743-00 – Fixture, Tandem Linkage Plate Installation.
• 200-1910-00 – Linkage Plate Assembly, Plastic, ML High Payload Puck, Tandem.
• Loctite 243, Thread locker Anaerobic Adhesive, Blue.
• Isopropyl Alcohol.
Disassemble Tandem Puck Assembly
1. Remove the tandem puck from the MagneMover LITE transport system (see Replace
Pucks on page 78).
2. Place the tandem puck linkage plate installation fixture (shown in Figure 23) on a flat
surface.
3. Place the tandem puck in the fixture as shown in Figure 23.

4. Remove the two screws and washers that secure the linkage plate to the two pucks as
shown in Figure 24 and dispose of properly.
5. Lift the linkage plate off of the pucks and dispose of properly.
