What to do if Rohde & Schwarz NGMO1 NGMO2 does not deliver output voltage on both channels?

If your Rohde & Schwarz Power Supply NGMO2 isn't delivering output voltage on both channels, it could be due to a blown fuse caused by overvoltage at the power supply input. In this case, replace the defective fuses. Another possible cause is that the LEDs for operating voltage on the processor board are not lighting up; if this is the case, replace the processor board. If these steps don't resolve the issue, return the NGMO2 to the Support Service Centre.
