Create a pattern by specifying the steps at
which each track plays a sound.
PTN SELECT
Select the pattern to play.

SUB
Input or perform sub steps or flams.
INST REC
Create a pattern by realtime-recording your
performance on pads [1] (BD)–[6] (OH).
Record to the currently-playing variation or
fill-in.
INST PLAY
([SHIFT] button + [INST REC] button)
Play pads [1] (BD)–[6] (OH) in real time.
STEP LOOP
Loop-plays the selected step during pattern
playback.
LAST
([SHIFT] button + [STEP LOOP] button)
Specify the length (last step) of a variation
or track.
VARIATION
Use the 16 step buttons to switch the
pattern variation (A–H).
