Canceling the capture
If you want to cancel capture in the middle, operate as follows.
1. Press [EXIT/NO].
A message “Abort?” appears.
2. Press [ENTER/YES] to cease capture.
Press [EXIT/NO] to re-start capture.
Capturing Time
Capturing time differs according to recording mode as follows.
Recording Mode
CDR (CD writing) Approx. 40% of actual time
M16, M24 (Mastering) Approx. 80% of actual time
Others Approx. 150% of actual time
To save the plural automix data
Each project can store the nine automix data.
1. Create automix data.
2. To save the current automix data, press (click) [UTILITY]. Press
(click) PAGE 3 [F2 (A.MIX)]. The automix screen will appear.
3. Press (click) [F4 (SAVE)]. The automix save screen will appear.
4. Nine “patterns” (i.e., sets) of automix data can be saved. Move the
cursor to the number that you want to save, and press (click)
[F5 (OK)]. The display will ask “Save AUTOMIX Pattern?”
5. To save the data, press [ENTER/YES] (click [YES]). The current
automix data will be saved at the specified number. If you want to
cancel, press [EXIT/NO] (click [NO]). By pressing [F1 (NAME)] you
can assign a name to the automix pattern that is saved.
6. If you want to continue editing automix data, press
[HOME (DISPLAY)] or click “HOME” in the upper right of the VGA
screen. You will return to the HOME screen.
