What to do if Rotary Jacks pump works but does not send oil?
    • H
      huntbrianAug 7, 2025
If the pump is running but not sending oil, first check if the oil level is low and top it up if needed. If the oil level is sufficient, the pump may not be primed. To resolve this, operate the pedal in the 'RELEASE' area while simultaneously using the air valve to start the motor. Bleed the air out and pressurize the tank, being cautious to maintain a maximum pressure of 0.5 Bar (7 P.S.I.). As a last resort, remove and clean the pump.

Why Rotary Jacks have low capacity?
    • P
      Peggy LambAug 16, 2025
Low capacity in Rotary Jacks can stem from several causes. First, ensure the tank is adequately ventilated through the screw on the plug, aiming for a capacity of 250 Lt/minute. Also, check for insufficient air capacity and clean or replace the components as necessary. Hydraulic issues may also be the cause, so verify that the oil filter isn't blocked, check for air in the hydraulic circuit and ensure the ball of the suction valve functions correctly. Bleed air from the circuit. If necessary, add a copper washer or replace the coupling if the housing is worn.

How to fix Rotary Jacks pump that does not start?
    • W
      williamcunninghamAug 27, 2025
If the Rotary Jacks pump does not start or stops prematurely, it could be due to a broken return spring, which requires replacement. Alternatively, there might be air loss, so inspect the piston seal and replace it if it's faulty.
