7.1 What ports the ESW series use to communicate with
Ruijie Cloud?
Reyee ESW series need to check whether the udp port 5683,6683,7683,8683 are blocked
or not.
7.2 What should I do if I fail to do the voucher
authentication?
(1) Check whether the AP configuration is delivered successfully.
(2) Check whether the AP is Wi-Fi 6 AP or not, Reyee Wi-Fi 5 AP cannot support AP portal
feature.
(3) Check failure prompts. Common failure includes incorrect password, voucher
expiration and traffic overdue. You can check the voucher status on the Ruijie Cloud.
(4) If its prompt failed to find the network, you can try to save the SSID configuration
again.
