When top is fully lowered, first bow rubs on 5th bow latch motor cover while

128. Make sure to check the Tonneau latch adjustment with top fully
raised, because the 5th bow pushes the Tonneau cover down when the top
is fully raised.
See illustration in Step 4 of this guide.
Check Tonneau cover hinges for straightness. Check cover motor engage-
ment. These may not be the cause but rather the result from the latch being
out of adjustment.
