11.11 Testing Welding appliances
During the testing of welding equipment, both electrodes, as shown in the figure, are attached
to the tester. The power cord of the welding quipment is attached to the power socket of the
tester. Select “VDE 0544-4” in the menu, set it to the open-circuit voltage and start the test.
Follow the testing procedures.
