In case that “ Actual ” is selected, the speed input is an actual speed signal. Simulation allows
operation without “ actual input ” .
Speed channel is used to select external speed signal to be connected to which one speed
channel. “ Channel 1 ” , “ channel 2 ” are located in the first digital I/O board; channel 3 is
located in the second digital I/O board. There are total 4 options: channel 1, channel 2,
channel 3 and Three-channel. Three-channel represents that all three speed sensor should be
connected to integrator to tell which speed sensor faulty and then to select both speed
sensors with same output for usage.
Press “ PAGE DOWN ” soft key from the Initial Setup 6 Menu, the seventh page of Initial
Setup Menu is displayed as follows:
This submenu is test duration establishment. It is similar to run menu, but be noted with the
difference lower side of display screen.
Feeder electric belt scale is dynamic measurement equipment, the accuracy of measurement
depends on conveyor system directly. Cause conveyor system is in running, Select a certain
period of running time to measure the tare and calculate the average value.
The test duration should be set to a value equivalent to over three belt revolution or greater
than 6min.
Pressing “ MANL DURA ” soft key enters the following screen:
Measure belt length prior to establishing test duration; make a mark on belt and then
measure the time that belt runs for a whole revolution.
