HEATER TEMPERATURE PROBLEM
The [reservoir / copper tube 1 / copper tube 2 / flex tube /
valve/nozzle] has dropped below acceptable operating
temperature. Base molds will be cleared and no more
cassettes will be embedded. The paraffin system heaters
will be turned off, and the instrument MUST be serviced
before embedding can continue.

HEATER TEMPERATURE PROBLEM
The frame heater -<temperature> is out of acceptable
operating range <Min.-Max.>, instrument will now shut
down, empty input door and all output doors. Contact
Sakura Service Department.

The [secondary reservoir / pusher pins / stager] [is / are]
outside acceptable operating temperature. Current
magazine will be finished and base molds cleared. The
instrument SHOULD be serviced before embedding
continues.

HEATER TEMPERATURE PROBLEM
Heater [A / B] in input door chamber (#) has dropped
below acceptable operating temperature. The system will
not use this input chamber until temperature is within
normal range. The instrument MUST be serviced before
chamber (#) can be used.

acceptable operating temperature. Cassettes in the
magazine will be embedded and base molds cleared. The
instrument SHOULD then be serviced before embedding

HEATER THERMAL FUSE PROBLEM
During a check of the system heaters [reservoir /
secondary reservoir / copper tube 1 / copper tube 2 / flex
tube / valve/nozzle/ drip tray/ ID-(#)A/ ID-(#)B] thermal
fuse was discovered to be functioning improperly.
The instrument will not run until this problem is fixed.
Please contact maintenance for further assistance.
