링을 파악한 상태에서 공작물 파악부
(ØD′)를 성형합니다. ØD′ 부는 공작물
의 파악부 직경과 같은 크기(H7 정도)
에서 표면조도는 6S 이하로 가공해 주
십시오.
성형시의 압력은 작업시의 압력과 같거
나 높게 해주십시오.
While gripping the ring, the jaws are
formed. Machine ØD′ part as large
as gripping dia, of a workpiece (H7
approximately) and the surface finish
less than 6S.
While forming the jaws set the
pressure the same as designated
pressure for workpiece operation or
higher.
夹好塞子以后, 开始成型加工产品的夹
持(ØD′)部位。
ØD′部位的应等于加工产品夹持部位
的直径(约H7), 加工时, 表面粗度应为
6S以下。
应使成型时的压力等于或稍高于工作
时的压力。
성형이 끝난 후 가공물을 파악해 죠 스
트로크와 파악정도를 확인해 주십시오.
시험절삭을 해서 가공정도를 확인해 주
십시오.
파악면의 접촉은 A면(외경) 및 B면(단면)
의 2중 접촉으로 해주십시오.
After forming, chuck a workpiece and
check the jaw stroke and the gripping
accuracy. Perform trial cutting and
confirm machining accuracy.
As for the contact of the chucking
surface,make chucking contact both
surface A and B.
完成成型以后, 请夹持加工产品, 确认
夹爪行程和夹持精密度。
应进行试验切割, 确认加工精密度。夹
持面应为双面接触, 即A面(外径)和B 面
(截面)都应与夹持面接触。
