What to do if my SamplexPower Remote Control displays 'Battery low voltage!'?

      Jessica BlackburnOct 27, 2025
If the SamplexPower Remote Control shows a 'Battery low voltage!' fault, the unit will automatically switch off after the time set by the “LV CUT OFF TIME” parameter expires. If the set time hasn't expired, you can manually switch off the unit. If qualified AC input becomes available before the “LV CUT OFF TIME” expires, the unit will automatically reset to “Charging Mode,” provided the battery voltage is above 9V for EVO-2212/3012 or above 18V for EVO-2224/4024. Alternatively, you can set the “LV CUT OFF TIME” parameter to 0 seconds, so the unit automatically resets to “Charging Mode” when AC input is available and the battery voltage meets the specified thresholds. If the batteries are charged by an external charger and the battery voltage recovers to the set threshold of the “RESET VOLT...

To prevent the unit from switching off due to this fault, set the “LV CUT OFF TIME” parameter to 0 seconds, so the unit automatically resets to “Charging Mode” when AC input is available and the battery voltage meets the specified thresholds.
