valve. Clean them.
Valve too large for control task

Check plant. Unlock safety de-
vice.
Plant differential pressure too
low.
Compare differential pressure in
the plant with the plant’s drag.
Strainer blocked
Drain and clean lter of the
strainer.
Incorrectly installed valve
(direction of ow).
Install the regulator so that the
direction of ow matches the di-
rection indicated by the arrow
on the body.
Control loop hunts. Valve too large for control task
Recalculate K
