4.Troubleshooting
1)Visitwww.samsung.com.
2)ClickSUPPORTonthetoprightofthepage.
3)Entertheproduct'smodelnumberintothesearcheld,andthenclickFindProduct.
4)ClickGetdownloadsinthecenterofthepagebelowtheDownloadsheader.
5)ClickFirmwareinthecenterofthepage.
6)ClicktheZIPiconintheFilecolumnontherightsideofthepage.
7)ClickOKinthepop-upthatappearstodownloadandsavethermwareletoyourPC.
8)Unziptheziparchivetoyourcomputer.Youshouldhaveasinglefolderwiththesamenameastheziple.
9)CopythefoldertoaUSBashdrive.
10)Makesurenodiscisinsertedintheproduct,andtheninserttheUSBashdriveintotheUSBportoftheproduct.
11)Intheproduct'smenu,gotoSettings>Support>SoftwareUpgrade.
12)SelectByUSB.

•ThereshouldbenodiscintheplayerwhenyouupgradethesoftwareusingtheUSBHostjack.
•Whenthesoftwareupgradeisdone,checkthesoftwaredetailsinthesoftwareUpgrademenu.
•Donotturnofftheplayerduringthesoftwareupgrade.Itmaycausetheplayertomalfunction.
•SoftwareupgradesusingtheUSBHostjackmustbeperformedwithaUSBashmemorystickonly.
•ByDisc
1)FollowSteps1through7inByUSB.
2)Unziptheziparchivetoyourcomputer.Youshouldhaveasinglefolderwiththesamenameastheziple.
3)Writethefolderontoadisc.WerecommendaCD-RorDVD-R.
4)Finalizethediscbeforeyouremoveitfromyourcomputer.
5)Insertthediscintotheproduct.
6)Intheproduct'smenu,gotoSettings>Support>Softwareupgrade.
7)SelectByDisc.

•Whenthesystemupgradeisdone,checkthesoftwaredetailsinthesoftwareUpgrademenu.
•DonotturnofftheplayerduringtheSoftwareUpgrade.Itmaycausetheplayermalfunction.
•ByDownloaded
TheByDownloadedoptionletsyouupgradeusingaletheplayerdownloadedearlierbutyoudecidednottoinstall
immediatelyoraledownloadedbytheplayerinStandbyMode.
1)Ifupgradesoftwarehasbeendownloaded,youwillseethesoftwareversionnumbertotherightofByDownloaded.
2)SelectByDownloaded,andthenpressthebutton.
3)Theplayerdisplaysamessageaskingifyouwanttoupgrade.SelectYes.Theplayerbeginstheupgrade.
