1. Develop roller brush is
too thin due to the cartridge being
almost empty.
2. Ambient temperature
is below than 10℃.
3. Bad contact caused
by the toner stains between the high
voltage terminal in the HVPS.
4. Abnormal output from the HVPS.
Check if the Toner Save mode is off.
Replace the developer cartridge
and try to print out.
Instruct the customer that the
machine has to be at average room
temperate in order to produce good
copy quality.
Clean any contaminated terminals.
Replace the HVPS if the problems
are not solved by the above four
directions.
