If you press the ESC key in full-screen mode of the WebViewer on your Samsung DVR and the system doesn't switch to a normal split mode, press the ALT+TAB keys to select ‘ACTIVE MOVIE’ and then press the ESC key again. The system should then switch to a normal split mode.
