UTP CABLE
The camera uses UTP cable for transmitting video signals, power and transferring RS-485 control
data.(TIA/EIA-568B)
•Usingtheproductwiththird-partyUTPperipheralsmayresultindegradationofproduct
functionandperformance.
•Attenuationanddistortioninsignalmayoccurifthemaximumtransmissiondistanceis
exceeded.Pleasenotethat dependingontheinstallation environment/condition,the
signalmaybecomeattenuatedanddistortedandcausethecameratofunction
incorrectlyevenwhenthetransmissiondistanceiswithinthemaximum.
•IfusingRS-485communicationpleaseusetheSAMSUNG-T,SAMSUNG-E,PELCO-D,
PELCO-P,BOSCH,HONEYWELL,VICONandPANASONICProtocol.
•Ifyouare using the1ChPassive Receiversystemsetup,please connect theadapter
(AC24VorDC12V)directlytothecamera.

Copper Connector
UTP Coating
The SUD-2080 uses UTP cable to receive its power (AC24V/AC28V) from the Power Supply.
Therefore, a separate adapter is not required. Please refer to the RJ-45 Connector Schematic
