Adjust the brightness of the display

In Menu mode, select

Settings
→
Display and light.
Drag the slider under

Brightness to adjust the level of
brightness.
Select

Set.
The brightness level of the display will aect how
quickly the device consumes battery power.

Lock your device
You can lock your device by activating the device
password.
In Menu mode, select
1
Settings
→
Security.
Select

Phone lock.
Enter a new 4- to 8-digit password and select

Done.
Enter the new password again and select
4
Done.
Customise the sound options for incoming calls,

incoming messages, and other device sounds. ► p. 114
Available sound options vary depending on the
selected prole.
Select

Set.
To switch to another prole, select the check box next to
the prole and then Set.

Select a wallpaper for the idle screen
In Menu mode, select

Settings
→
Display and light
→
Wallpaper.
Select an image.

To select an image from the image folder, select the
folder.
Select

Set.
