▶ Description on HIGH, LOW Deviation Operation
☞ HIGH Deviation Operation
－ When Middle SP < Process Value(PV) ≤ High Limit SP
Process Value (PV) ≥ Setting Point (SP) + HIGH Deviation : Operation becomes ‘ON’.
Process Value (PV) < Setting Point (SP) + HIGH Deviation : Operation becomes ‘OFF.
☞ LOW Deviation Operation
－ When Low Limit SP ≤ Process Value (PV) < Middle SP
Process Value (PV) ≥ Setting Point (SP) – LOW Deviation : Operation becomes ‘ON’.
Process Value (PV) < Setting Point (SP) – LOW Deviation : Operation becomes ‘OFF.
