may allow for a response
time greater than 3
seconds for faults above
16 kA. The response
time will be truncated to 1
second. Please refer to the
Vista Overcurrent Control
instruction sheet for more
information.
When using IEEE or IEC
curves with too high a
minimum-trip current
and/or too high a time
multiplier.
Only applies to IEEE and IEC
curves. Select a lower time
multiplier or a lower minimum-
trip current. See the “Thermal
Characteristic Protection”
section on page 61.
WARNING
(Test Trip) Test trips will
open the switch and could
cause unplanned loss of
load.

is no provision to test Vista
Underground Distribution
