of

This
will
impair
the

as
the

and
could
also
result
in
‘drop-outs’

In

it
could

The

of
your
tape

gradually
becomes
mag-
netized
with
use
and
tends
to
add
noise
to
reproduced
sound,
It
is
therefore
advisable
to
demagnetize
the

from

using
a
head
demagnetizer.
This
greatly
helps
to
prevent
precious
music
tapes
and
important
recordings
from
acquiring
undesirable
noise,
and
also
helps
you
make
noise-free
recordings.
Be
sure
to
turn
the
POWER
switch
off
before
you
attempt
to
demagnetize
the
tape
head.
