Automatic UPS restart will not occur if “UPS Operation Upon Power Recovery” is set to “OFF”. If it's set to “30%”, “50%”, or “80%”, the UPS won't start until the batteries reach the specified charge level. The default setting is “Auto”.
Why does SANUPS A11H UPS switch to battery power frequently?
Check if the MAIN MCCB on the back panel is set to “ON”. If it’s “OFF” during normal operation, it will trigger the same operation as a utility power source failure. Also, verify that the input voltage and frequency are within the rated limits.
