Calibration
Prior to O
2
calibration performed, make sure internal temperature, humidity, CO
2
density and
O
2
density are stabilized.
O
2
calibration should be performed prior to CO
2
calibration.
1. O
2
zero adjustment
1 Press CAL key for approx. 5 seconds.
2 The top (the 3
rd
) digit of temperature display is flashing, other digits will go off.
3 Press CAL key again.
4 The top (the 3
rd
) digit of CO
2
density display is flashing, other digit will go off.
5 Press CAL key again.
6䋩㩷 The top (the 3
rd
) digit of O
2
density display is flashing, other digit will go off.
7 Set “20.0” with key and key. Press ENT key.
8 The display will automatically revert to the present temperature.
2. O
2
span adjustment
1 Press CAL key for approx. 5 seconds.
2 The top (the 3
rd
) digit of temperature display is flashing, other digits will go off.
3 Press CAL key again.
4 The top (the 3
rd
) digit of CO
2
density display is flashing, other digit will go off.
5 Press CAL key again.
6䋩㩷 The top (the 3
rd
) digit of O
2
density display is flashing, other digit will go off.
7 Set the present correct O
2
density with key and key. Press ENT key.
8 The display will automatically revert to the present temperature.
Example If the internal O
2
density display shows 5.0%the set value䋩䇮the actual
measured value is 4.5,
㽲㩷 Press CAL key for approx. 5 seconds.
㽳㩷 The top digit of temperature display is flashing, and other digits will go off.
㽴㩷 Press CAL key again.
㽵㩷 The top digit of CO
2
density display is flashing, other digits will go off.
㽶㩷 Press CAL key again.
㽷㩷 The top digit of O
2
density display is flashing, other digits will go off.
㽸㩷 Set the displayed value at 4.5% of the actual measured value with key
and key, then press ENT key.
㽹㩷 The display will automatically revert to the present temperature.
Note
When O
2
density is displayed less than 20.6% even if you try to input more than 20.6%, an
error tone will be emitted, the input data will be ignored to revert to PV display.
When O
2
density is displayed more than 20.6% even if you try to input less than 20.6%, also
an error tone will be emitted, the input data will be ignored to revert to PV display.
O
2
density in the atmosphere is about 20.6%.
