Mounting Procedure of MCO-5GC
( Automatic gas switcher )
Mounting procedure
1.Disconnect the power cable and make sure that the unit is not
supplied with the power.
2.Remove the rear cover by unscrewing the 5 fixing screws.
3.Fix 㽲 by using the enclosed screws(㽹).
4.Remove cap and fix 㽴 with 㽵 and 㽶.
5.Connect the wiring harness of CO
2
valve B to yellow connector
of wiring harness from CN9 on Main board.
6.Disconnect left tube of CO
2
valve A.
Connect CO
2
valve A and CO
2
valve B and tube X by using 㽳
as shown in Fig.３.
7.Connect right tube of 㽲 to 㽴.
8.Connect 㽴 with CO
2
gas supply line B by using 㽺.
9 .Fix tubes securely using 㽷 and 㽸 as shown in Fig.３.
10.Replace the rear cover.
NOTE: Every tubes should be connected surely to prevent CO
2
leakage.
