Calibration
Prior to calibration performed, make sure there is not CO
2
in the unit and the internal
humidity is stable. If you perform calibration with the internal humidity unstable, you may get
the CO
2
density incorrectly.
Perform calibration before CO
2
is injected.
Never perform CO
2
calibration before O
2
calibration is completed.
1. Procedure
(1) Pour sterilized water into humidifying pan and operate unit for approx. 10hrs with SV
37㷄. Ensure the internal humidity should be stabled in 90% or higher.
CO
2
setting should be 0%.
<Note> 1) Never open the door during the operation to stabilize internal humidity.
2) It takes approx. 5hours to stabilize internal humidity since the operation started.
You cannot get the correct value for CO
2
zero adjustment if internal humidity is
not stabilized.
