Mechanical Disassembly
5 Lamps and Color wheels removal
1 Loosen 2 screws-A on each lamp and pull out the lamps.
2 Loosen 3 screws-B on each color wheel unit and then take the color wheel unit off.
3 Remove 2 screws-C (M3x12) and take the fan (FN909) off.
6 Optical base assy and Power(DC) board removal
1 Remove 2 screws-A (M3x6) and 3 screws-B (T4x10) and the take the Optical base
assy off.
2 Remove 4 screws-C (T3x8) and remove the Power(DC) board.
3 Remove 1 screws-D (T3x8) and remove the Lamp cover switch (SW902).
4 Remove 1 screws-E (T3x14) and remove the Wind sensor (S901).
