View the image just captured (preview display)
œ Immediately after capturing an image,
you can press the SET button to preview
the image. Press the [d] or [c] arrow
button to view the previous image or the
next image. For video clips and
sequential shots, you can pause the
image by pressing the [j] arrow button. If
you do not want to keep the image, you
can press the [j] button at this time to
delete the currently displayed image from
the camera’s memory.
To return to the shooting mode, press the
[l] arrow button.
NOTE
About the sequential shots mode
œ In the sequential shots mode, autofocus function operates to set the focus
when the shutter release button is pressed halfway.
If the motion-alert icon appears...
œ During still image or sequential shots
shooting, the motion alert icon may
appear on the LCD monitor when the
shutter speed is slow and “camera
shake” is likely to cause a blurred image.
In this case, you can prevent blurred
images by using a tripod to stabilize the
camera or by setting the flash operation
motion to auto flash (see page 59).
