When contacting Sartorius Service with questions about a system or in the
event of malfunctions, be sure to have the device information close at hand
e.g., serial number, hardware, firmware, and configuration. Consult the
information on the manufacturer’s ID label and in the “General Device
Information” menu (see Chapter “4.14 Menu Structure”, page 34).
