Data Input Formats
You can enter certain commands to control weighing platform functions through the SBI
interface.
As with data output, data is input as 7-bit ASCII characters; hardware and protocol con-
figuration are identical to those for data output.

ESC K K1 – CR LF
ESC : Escape
K : Command character
K1 : 2
