How do I move around the TV screen when using the
Internet?
When you are on the Internet using your TV, you can maneuver
around the Internet by using the remote control:
• You can use the arrow keys around the SELECT button
• You can use PAGE + and PAGE - buttons
• By pressing the WWW. button on the remote control, a
browser bar with many Internet functions such as GoTo,
Previous and Next will appear at the bottom of the screen.
Can I bookmark web sites on my TV?
You can bookmark a particular web site by pressing the ADD
button on the Max remote control, found under the slide panel.
To retrieve your bookmarked sites press the "List Fav" button on
the remote control, found under the slide panel, which will retrieve
your list of favourites in alphabetical order.
How many hours of Internet do I get? Is it unlimited?
Max service includes SaskTel's high speed Internet service, which
is unlimited Internet access. With this service there is a constant
connection between the device (TV or PC) and the Internet - so
there is no need to dial in.
Can I access my Hotmail account?
Yes, you are able to access your Hotmail account.

What type of information can I find on the ITV guide?
There is up to 7 days of programming information, an information
banner which displays the channel name and number, current date
and time, program start and stop time, program name, time
remaining on program and descriptive symbols.
How many days ahead can I check programming?
You can scroll ahead and check up to seven days worth of
programming.

What happens to my e-mail when I become a Max
customer?
All Max customers receive sasktel.net accounts. This means that
you are able to access your e-mail from your PC, TV and any
computer anywhere in the world that is hooked up to the Internet.
What kind of features will my e-mail over the TV allow me
to do?
You can receive and send e-mails, store e-mail addresses in an
address book, create folders to save e-mail, filter e-mail, plus a
link to the Help section.
How do I access my e-mail account?
To access your Max Mail account, go to the Max Home Page and
choose the ‘Max Mail’ option. You can also access e-mail by
pressing the Mail button located on the Max Remote Control or on
the Max Wireless Keyboard.
Can I view e-mail attachments on the TV?
Yes, you can view the following attachments: GIF ( *.gif ), JPG (
*.jpg, *.jpeg ), PNG ( *.png) and HTML (*.htm), Text (*txt) and
listen to WAV ( *.wav ).
