The local information is continually updated to ensure the latest

Can I see another community’s information, including
weather and local events?
Yes, you can see another community’s information by choosing the
‘My City’ option on the Max Home Page, then choose the ‘Pick
Another City’ option. From there, you can choose to view all
information for any of the nine communities listed.
How do I refresh the weather icon and other information
within the Max Home Pages?
Press the "II" (PAUSE button) or the REFRESH button on your
remote control found under the slide panel to update this
information. We recommend doing this regularly to receive the
latest local information.

What is the cost of purchasing a Max Wireless Keyboard?
The total cost of purchasing the Max Wireless Keyboard with a
built-in mouse is $79.95. (The keyboard itself is $49.95 and the
infrared receiving unit is $30.00.) * Keyboard will not work
without the Infrared Receiving Unit.
If I have Max on two TVs, do I need two keyboards?
No, you can buy an additional Infrared Receiver Unit for $30 to
have in the other room where the Max service is installed.
Can I program the Max Wireless Keyboard to my TV, VCR or
stereo system?
Yes, you can program the Max Wireless Keyboard to operate your
TV, VCR or any stereo system.
What is the warranty?
There is a 3 year mechanical warranty on Max purchased
equipment (Max Wireless Keyboard and Infrared Receiving Unit).
The customer must have the Sales Receipt to receive a new
keyboard or infrared unit. Warranty continues from the original
purchase date and NOT when replacement equipment is given.
What if I damage the Max Wireless Keyboard?
Physical damage – areas of the keys, buttons, footprints on
equipment, cracked infrared panel on keyboard or infrared unit,
cords melted – NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE. Liquid damage –
sticky keys/buttons, obvious signs of drips, spills, stains – NO
REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
