3. Pulling
the
throttle
lever
fully
backward
allows
the
engine
to
run
at
the
maximum
of
2,800
rpm.
4.
Pushing
the
throttle
lever fully
forward
causes
the
engine
to
stop
running.

The
high
speed
adjusting
bolt
is
preeadjusted
and
sealed,
before
leaving
the
factory,
so
that
the
engine
runs
at
the
maximum
speed
specified
with
the
throttle
lever
pulled
fully
backward.
If
such
speci-
fied
speed
is
not
obtained,
consult
your
SATOH
dealer.
2.
Adjust
the
throttle
lever
properly
with
the
nut
at
the
throttle
lever
supporting
point
so
that
it
may
not
be
moved
by
the
vibration
of
the
engine
nor
by
the
tentioned
governor
spring
and
besides
may
control
the
engine
speed
smoothly
enough.
FOOT
THROTTLE
PEDAL
ADJUSTMENT
By
adjusting
the
hand
throttle
lever idle
speed,
the
foot
throttle
idle
speed
can
be
automatically
adjusted.
