Fixing Problems
CHECK FRONT AREA / CHECK REAR AREA
1. Check if the banknote is inside.
2. Close the cover until it clicks in place.
3. Press CLEAR.
CLEAR HOPPER
1. Remove the banknotes on the Hopper.
2. Press CLEAR.
FEED MOTOR, FEEDING ERROR, JAM1, JAM2, and JAM3*
1. Remove banknotes on the Hopper.
2. Press CLEAR.
*) Caution:
In occurrence of JAM3, if the note is tightly jammed and it is not easy to
remove it, then please open the rear cover and turn a roller to reverse
direction by hand, then the jammed note will be clear easily.
