OR BAIN-MARIE MODELS BEFORE SWITCHING ON:
• Fill the steel tank with water up to the level indicated in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
• In the BREAKFAST CALDA model, switch on the resistance.
• In the DELUXE version, tap Resistance on/off switch.
• Set the required temperature (recommended temperature + 60°C).
INFORMATION FOR USE:
• Avoid causing food residues to fall into the water drainhole in the tank.
• The water in the stainless steel tank should be checked daily to make sure that it is clean;
should it contain food residues, it must be changed immediately.
In any case the water must be changed at least once a week.
In the BREAKFAST CALDA mdoel, access the drainage tap by removing the inspec- tion panel at the bottom of the opposite side
to the one where the commands are installed, lifting it up and moving it forward to extract it (see Fig. 4 and 5).
In the DELUXE version, to drain the water, access the tap as shown in Fig. 3
• Do not handle the machine if the water inside the tank has reached temperature.
• Never place food directly on the tank.
• In the BREAKFAST CALDA model, do not place any objects on top of the plexiglass hood.
