GENERAL SAFETY NOTES
The machine must always be kept in an excellent state of repair. If any de- fects should jeopardize its operating safety, it must be stopped
immediately. The adjustment and maintenance points are situated outside hazardous areas.
Adjustments, maintenance, repairs and cleaning are to be carried out with the machine stopped.
Maintenance work must be carried out only by specialized personnel. Maintenance work on electrical parts must be done only by authorized
and specialized personnel.
Mechanical maintenance work can be done only with the machine switched off. Press the button onto OFF and make sure it cannot be
switched back on, by unplugging it from the power socket.
Maintenance work on electrical parts must be done only when the machine is not powered. To do this, switch off the main switch and make
sure the machine cannot be powered.
- Without explicit instructions from the customer service centre the showcase must not be opened (sfety risk and loss of warranty).
- Never touch moving parts.
- After completing all the work, reconnect the power supply and make sure that:
- All the safety devices work;
- All the movable parts have been secured;
- All the tools used have been put away;
- The machine operates correctly before putting it back into production.
Routine Maintenance of Specic Cabinets
It is absolutely prohibited to use abrasive bodies or rigid tools (spat- ulas, knives, etc.) to remove the layer of ice, thereby avoiding re- moving the protec-
tive paintwork. The ideal method is to have the evaporating structure defrost spontaneously.
To clean the shelves use neutral detergents diluted in water with the aid of a soft sponge or cloth.
Clean wooden parts using a soft cloth only (chamois leather).
Clean the remaining exterior surfaces, panels, controls and refrigerator compartment using neutral detergents diluted with water and a sponge or
soft cloth.
Ensure that REFRIGERATOR COMPARTMENT is kept clean. Warning: only the condensate formed by the melted ice that has col- lected on the evapo-
rator should run into drainage hole of the refriger- ator compartment. Do not allow any other liquid to enter
IMPORTANT.
CAREFULLY CLEAN THE CONDENSER OF THE REFRIGERATING SYSTEM AT LEAST EV- ERY 3 MONTHS, USING A DRY
BRUSH OR A JET OF COMPRESSED AIR, WHEN NO BRUSH AVAILABLE.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
CONDENSER CLEANING
1: For a proper operational work of the showcase , it’s recommended the condenser cleaning every 5 months, no more than 1 year
2: Clean with vacuum cleaner compressed air or water spray
ATTENTION
For a good maintenance of the product, we recommend not to use aggressive products, such as: acids, ammonia, bleach etc but neutral
products.
This to avoid any damages to the inox or painted surfaces visible inside the cell.
ATTENTION
The defrosting of the refrigerator is a reverse cycle (hot gas), with a set timing, adjustable according to the ambient temperature and its loca-
tion. However, we advise at least once a month to turn off the machine and carry out a manual defrosting to avoid ice residues formed in the
evaporative group.
WE RECOMMEND TO TURNED OFF THE CABINET AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH AND A MANUAL DEFROSTING TO BE CARRIED OUT TO
PREVENT THE FORMATION OF ICE RESIDUES IN THE EVAPORATIVE GROUP
