16. Troubleshooting
The following table shows fault symptoms and describes remedial measures in the event of your machine failing to
work properly. If you cannot localise and rectify the problem with this, please contact your service workshop.

Generator does not
start
Automatic oil cut-o󰀨 starts Check oil level, ll with engine oil as necessary.
Spark plug sooty
Clean or replace spark plug.
Check electrode gap.
No fuel
Top up with fuel.
Check fuel tap function.
Generator has
insu󰀩cient or no
voltage
Electronics defective Contact the specialist dealer
Overload protection switch
tripped
Restart generator.
Reduce consumption
Air lter dirty. Clean or replace lter if necessary.
