Usage Features:
- Adding to ENGAGE Account: To use no-tour functionality, the MT20W must first be added to an ENGAGE account. This involves opening the ENGAGE application, navigating to "Devices," clicking the "+" sign to add a new device, and following on-screen setup instructions. The mobile app scans for the MT20W, and users must verify the serial number.
- Commissioning: During setup, if using Wi-Fi, the SSID (Wi-Fi network name) and password must be entered precisely to ensure a successful connection. If using USB mode, a link in an email must be clicked, and the desktop app will share the computer's internet connection.
- No-Tour Enrollment (ENGAGE Managed Systems):
- Open the ENGAGE website and log in.
- Select "User" credential and click "Add Credential."
- Place the credential on the reader.
- A short beep and green LED confirm the scan.
- Remove the credential.
- The credential will appear in the existing credential list (badge ID displayed). Click "Refresh List" if not visible.
- Highlight the credential and click "Save" to add it to the user's list.
- Make access changes in the ENGAGE web application.
- Click "Update" next to the credential and follow on-screen instructions.
- The user presents the credential to supported locks to complete the update.
- Configuration Cards: The MT20W accepts Schlage configuration cards presented within one minute of initial power-up for key updates.
Maintenance Features:
- Factory Default Reset: To perform a factory default reset, disconnect and reconnect the USB cable. After the reader beeps three times, present an "MT20W Factory Default Reset" card (CE-000-040).
