2.9.11 Springer balancer set (FZG)
The springer balancer keeps the vacuum tube lifter JUMBOERGO balanced when used with long or
movable operator handles and protects the lift tube.

2.9.12 Venting unit (BEL)
The venting unit is used with double and four head suction pads for gently detaching dense surface
loads.
2.9.13 Pneumatic swiveling unit (PSE)
For more information, see the separate operating instructions supplied (Pneumatic swiveling unit).
The springer balancer FZG is required if the operator handle length is 750 mm or
greater.
When using a long operator handle (≥ 1000 mm), a venting unit must be used,
otherwise the valve pipe and lift tube warranty will become void.
With the rotation unit, vacuum-gripped workpieces weighing up to
200 kg can be continuously rotated and positioned precisely. The
rotation unit is particularly useful for stacking cardboard boxes on
pallets or in grid boxes.
The quick-change adapter is intended for swift, tool-free suction pad
replacement. All suction pads and the operator handle must be
equipped with the corresponding components of the quick-change
adapter.
The pneumatic swiveling unit is used to swivel flat workpieces
weighing up to 120 kg by up to 90° securely and ergonomically at the
touch of a button.
Due to the weight of the pneumatic swiveling unit, the maximum load
of the vacuum tube lifter JUMBO is reduced by 15 to 20 kg (see
Section 3.1 and the operating instructions for the pneumatic swiveling
unit).
