Q: Who is eligible for ScripTalk?
A: Anyone who requests this service is eligible.
Q: Who benefits from ScripTalk?
A: Any person who is visually impaired, or has trouble reading the printed
information (including those with mild dyslexia and illiteracy) may benefit.
Q: Can we place an RFID label on a prescription that was
filled by another pharmacy?
A: No. You should only place the RFID label on a prescription that your
pharmacy has filled.
Q: How do I order more RFID ScripTalk labels?
A: Contact En-Vision America at 800-890-1180.
Q: How long will it take for my patients to receive the ScripTalk
device after the order has been placed?
A: The ScripTalk Station Reader is shipped via Free Matter for the Blind.
After patient enrollment and address information has been verified by
En-Vision America, it will take on average five to seven business days to
reach the patient.
Q: I have installed the ScripAbility software on my computer and
set up ScripTalk, but I can't get it to work. What should I do?
A: Follow the troubleshooting tips pointed out in this document. If that does
not solve the issue contact En-Vision America at 800-90-1180 for further
assistance.
Q: Are there other accommodation options for my patients?
A: Yes. Access to prescription information is also available in Large Print
and Braille. Contact En-Vision America at 800-890-1180 for more
information on these ScripAbility products.
