5.12 Excessive vibration
Possible causes Correction
The engine support (including vibration
isolator) is loose or damaged
Check and replace the engine support (including vibration isolator)
The fan is damaged or the auxiliary is
malfunction
Check and replace the faulty parts
The vibration damper malfunctions Check damper and replace it if needed
Driving system components become
worn and imbalance
Check and replace them when necessary
The moving parts inside the engine are
loose or damaged
Consult the authorized service station or provider
5.13 Alternator cannot be charged or fully charged
Possible causes Correction
The battery connector becomes loose or
corroded
Clean and tighten the battery connector
The engine belt slips Check the belt and tensioner, and replace them if needed
The instrument or indicator lamp is
malfunction
Check and replace the instrument and indicator lamp, and make
replacement if necessary
The engine wire becomes loose or
damaged
Repair the wire
The alternator is failed Replace the alternator
